About the role

As a Senior Operations Specialist you are going to be joining our team, to manage Bolt's e-bikes'/e-scooters daily operations.It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing micro-mobility sector and Europe's transportation unicorn.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Coordinating Bolt’s e-scooters/e-bikes operations in Liverpool.
Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run e-bike/e-scooters operations
Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics to ensure that e-bikes'/e-scooters are deployed to high-demand areas
Manage the e-bikes/e-scooter fleet – be on top of the vehicle inventory and ensure high ride quality for our riders
Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have worked in analytical positions before
A data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must)
Amazing negotiation and communication skills
Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
Be passionate about new technologies
Excellent communication in English
