Operations Specialist
We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to join our operations team in our Thailand ride-hailing operations.

About the role
As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of key metrics within operations, focusing on commercial and project strategy around user experience and use-cases, maintaining and improving quality, performance, and compliance.
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Country Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving milestones and key metrics.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Creating and optimising processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations, especially around user use-cases
Develop strategic projects and partnerships locally to strengthen overall operations .
Analysing data – you will monitor our supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.
Collaborating with local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements.
Hands-on user domain management in Thailand- working autonomously and taking initiatives.
Develop and execute strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges.

What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You have 3+ years experience in commercial/GTM initiatives, project management, analytics, or a similar field
Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation or marketing campaign will be added advantage
You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English & Thai
You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen value proposition
