We are looking to hire a Workplace Experience Assistant to join our People & Workplace team in London, UK.
This is an onsite role requiring presence in the office five days a week.

About the role
The Workplace Experience Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations and maintaining a cost-effective workplace function, while ensuring the local team enjoys a supportive and productive work environment.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Office & Workplace Management: Ensure the office and reception area are welcoming and functional; support the Workplace Experience Manager with office-related matters
Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Oversee essential services like maintenance, cleaning, catering, and recycling while liaising with landlords and service providers
Supplies & Invoice Handling: Manage office supplies, refreshments, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely processing with accounting
Security & Compliance: Administer the office keycard system, oversee health, safety, and security procedures, and handle confidential documents responsibly
Employee Support & Engagement: Assist with onboarding/offboarding, help organize team events, and foster office traditions to enhance company culture
Administrative Support: Coordinate mail and packages, collaborate with HQ teams (Finance, Legal, IT), and track the office budget in line with company policies.

You have experience in office administration or a similar role but above all, you bring drive, intelligence, and integrity.
You have excellent spoken and written English skills (bonus points if you speak other languages too).
You have strong and effective communication skills, used confidently across all levels of an organization.
You have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
