About the role

As a Fleet Specialist in Bolt’s Graduate Program, you will play a hands-on role in driving supply-side (Fleet) growth across our ride-hailing marketplace. This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to contribute directly to key operational initiatives while building foundational skills for long-term career growth.

You will be responsible for supporting and executing programs that contribute to the fleet lifecycle; acquisition, activation, and retention. Working as part of the Central Fleet team, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful projects that improve fleet engagement and operational performance.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Research, develop, and execute supply-focused initiatives that grow and optimize Bolt’s fleet base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FleetX Product, Local Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing to understand key customer pain points and ensure smooth implementation of programs.
Monitor market trends and industry best practices to inform program design and execution.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables, from planning through to performance tracking and reporting.
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes to improve fleet efficiency and KPIs.
What we expect
About you:
You are a current student or recent graduate
You are preferably pursuing a degree in a relevant field .
You have a strong academic record that demonstrates your ability to handle challenging coursework and projects.
You have good communication and collaboration skills.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
