Principal Product Manager, Delivery Growth
We're searching for an exceptional Principal Product Manager to drive our Delivery Growth strategy within the Incentives domain. This is a high-impact role where you'll take full ownership of the products and initiatives crucial for our global expansion. Your work will directly enable us to reach new geographical locations and dramatically increase recurrent user engagement across both Bolt Food and Bolt Market.

About the role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will set and execute the strategy for your domain. You will take complete ownership and be responsible for its success. Your work will enable us to reach new geographical locations, dramatically increase recurrent user engagement across Bolt Food and Bolt Market, and grow the engagement and revenue of our merchant partners.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead a cross-functional team responsible for defining our incentives and marketing campaigns strategy across Bolt Food and Market, and the roadmap of associated products; you will have ownership over vision, roadmap, delivery, and key results.
Look at incentives-led growth holistically across our customers and merchants, creating the best experience for both sides while identifying the most efficient synergies.
Deep-dive into the marketplace dynamics, customer behaviors, and translate observational and experimental learnings to product journeys, incentives campaigns, and analytical or data science models.
Set and deliver both short- and long-term roadmaps for your product team, aligned with the company’s goals, and hold the team accountable for meeting them.
Clearly communicate vision, plans, and insights to a spectrum of audiences across Bolt, including senior leadership stakeholders.

10+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of business impact at scale, preferably in a similar field: growth, incentives, and loyalty; data-science heavy products.
Your strengths include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong business acumen; you are very analytical, quantify the impact of business decisions on the P&L, and can operate under uncertainty.
Superb communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, ability to decompose complex analytical solutions and insights into a simple narrative for a versatile cross-functional organization.
You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
Degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.
