Customer Support Operations Agent

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing businesses. This position is based in our office in Baku, Azerbaijan.

About the role

As a Customer Support Operations Agent, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient, in addition to creating the best customer experience.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting Bolt’s users and helping them get the most out of our apps.
Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense.
Working on issues in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian.
Helping improve our processes and frameworks, interacting with counterparts in other Bolt markets.
Being part of shaping an exceptional customer experience for our Ride-hailing and Delivery customers.
What we expect
About you:
You are fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, both written and spoken
You have a positive and hard-working attitude
You have attention to details
You are willing to work daytime and evening shifts
You are willing to work (some) weekends
