Expansion Lead
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Expansion Lead to help drive growth in our Franchise & Partner markets. This role is central to identifying new opportunities, supporting local teams, and ensuring successful market launches across regions like the Middle East and North Africa. You’ll combine data-driven insights with strong execution to scale our presence and deliver long-term impact.
This is a 12-month temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.
About the role
The Expansion Lead reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving growth in a selected group of Franchise & Partner markets. You’ll lead market research, manage key partnerships, and provide strategic support to ensure smooth operations and expansion success in each country you oversee.
