About the role

We're looking for someone to help build, maintain, and evolve our design system — from creating well-structured components and patterns in Figma to partnering with engineers for accurate implementation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistency across products, supporting designers, and driving continuous improvement through clear documentation and collaboration.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Create and maintain interaction patterns and guidelines.
Create and maintain components and variants with structured naming and properties in Figma.
Write and maintain design system documentation for designers and developers.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design system components across platforms.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the existing system and propose improvements.
Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on design system alignment.
What we expect
About you:
Portfolio showcasing design system work, including at least one relevant case study.
Strong Figma skills, variables, components, and variants, autolayout, libraries, and branches.
Understanding of accessibility standards and how they apply to interfaces.
Experience collaborating with both design and engineering stakeholders on design system implementation.
Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality components within agreed timelines.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
