About the role

The Operations team at Bolt is fully responsible for strategy, marketplace health, and growth in France. To build on our success, we are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Operations Specialist with a strong get-it-done attitude to help us drive operational excellence and transform the mobility industry. What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Leverage data to perform deep-dives analysis. Working cross-functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data-driven process.
Own and deliver analyses that guide business and product decisions, communicating findings clearly to peers & senior stakeholders.
Enhance team efficiency by designing and building automated reports and dashboards, eliminating manual processes and enabling faster, data-driven decision‑making.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes.
Support in designing proper framework for experimentation.
Be a technical reference in the team, helping define data models and reporting frameworks.
What we expect
About you:
You are fluent in written and spoken French and English.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related technical field.
3-5 years experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company, ideally with a developing focus on interpreting data and communicating findings.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and adapting quickly to change.
You have experience using SQL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets and statistical modeling.
You have experience identifying and communicating analytical outcomes in person and in writing to both business and technical teams.
