Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the operations team responsible for exploring, launching and scaling new initiatives that will have a strong impact on urban mobility and the way millions of people are moving in cities. As an Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. About the role

You will be responsible for building, scaling, and overseeing one of Bolt’s largest operational initiatives- our branded car program, which plays a key role in boosting driver engagement on the platform. Your mission will be to ensure the success of this program by establishing efficient processes and continuously monitoring its performance. You will be collaborating closely with both the France Local Operation team and the Bolt Central Operation Team, to lead the program to success and leverage driver performances on the Bolt platform

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Processes and tools - you will make sure to create strong and optimized processes and tools to: acquire leads, convert them through the full program funnel and track their performance.
Streamlining operations by creating and optimising standardised processes to increase efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
Manage outsourced teams, setting productivity and performance indicators, and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of these teams in supporting acquisition.
Supporting the development of effective strategies to enhance our drivers value proposition and improve performance and retention.
Taking actions based on customer feedback and identifying areas of improvement to enhance our customers’ satisfaction.
Collect competition intel and benchmarks data to ensure earnings are competitive.
What we expect
About you:
You have 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or operations position.
You are fluent in French and English, a great collaborator, and you can easily network with people of various backgrounds.
You possess good analytical skills and experience working with software like Excel or Google Sheets.
Pro active & problem solving mindset: you have the ability to handle unexpected situations and quickly implement solutions.
Ownership: you have a strong sense of responsibility, and not afraid to be accountable for your results.
Hands-on: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives.
