CS Operations Agents
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing businesses.

About the role
As a Customer Support Operations Agent, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient, in addition to creating the best customer experience.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting Bolt’s users and helping them get the most out of our apps.
Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense.
Working on issues in English and Ukrainian.
Helping improve our processes and frameworks, interacting with counterparts in other Bolt markets.
Working closely with Team Leads and peer agents to ensure shift health and queue balance.
What we expect

You are fluent in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken.
