Senior Full Stack Engineer, Tools & Workflows, Warsaw

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale our internal task management platform. This role comes with a unique set of product and engineering challenges: dynamic task distribution, intelligent workforce management and highly efficient agent-facing interfaces.

Our team focuses on optimizing how tasks are assigned and executed across a growing network of agents. You’ll work across the stack to build systems that support real-time decisions, streamline workflows and surface actionable insights. On the frontend, you’ll craft intuitive, high-performance UIs that help agents stay focused and productive.

About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help your team architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable internal products that include both backend services and user-facing interfaces. You’ll mostly work with Node.js, React, and TypeScript – though prior experience with Node.js is not required. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to building thoughtful, maintainable solutions that meet business needs with low operational overhead.

Your work will focus on enhancing our internal task management product, improving the efficiency and reliability of how tasks are distributed and executed. By building tools that empower agents and streamline operations, you’ll drive meaningful improvements in internal productivity and help the business scale more effectively.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Architect, design, develop and deploy scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript
Build and maintain modular, high-performance UI micro frontends that are easy to scale and integrate
Collaborate with stakeholders to design backend systems and APIs that effectively support evolving business needs
Lead features and initiatives from idea through successful delivery, working closely with Product to break down scope
Contribute to the product roadmap by offering ideas, feedback and technical insight throughout the development process
Share knowledge through tech talks and actively promote best practices within and beyond your team
What we expect

You have experience of thriving in an environment that has a fast customer-feedback cycle and having empathy for the end-user
You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions
You have a drive for leading initiatives and features till the end, even if the last mile is the hardest
You have solid experience building modern web interfaces with React and care deeply about performance, usability and accessibility
You feel at home with microservices architecture and you are experienced in API design
You write clean, secure and maintainable code, applying a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
