About the role

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing Bolt's brand awareness and driving customer engagement. Are you looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company? If you're eager to craft and execute advertising campaigns that captivate audiences while helping our business grow, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Engaging in creative projects to increase brand awareness
Collaborating with external partners, agencies, or local influencers
Managing loyalty initiatives, including Bolt Plus subscriptions
Working on application home-screen and category optimization
Setting up and analyzing demand campaigns for customers
Planning campaigns for special holidays and occasions

About you:

You are enthusiastic about diverse marketing tasks
You are comfortable with a data-driven, iterative problem-solving approach
You are fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian
You can switch between hands-on tasks and project coordination
Basic knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Figma is also a plus
