Senior Product Manager, User Lifecycle Journeys
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Subscriptions & Loyalty team and own the products that increase user engagement across the entire Bolt ecosystem—from Rides and Bolt Food to Scooters and Car-Sharing.
As the product leader for this domain, your mission will be to shape our cross-vertical loyalty strategy beyond subscriptions. If you have experience in the loyalty space and want to solve for it at a global scale, this role is for you.
About the role
Your mission will be to devise and launch innovative products and programs that encourage customers to experience the full range of our services—from Rides and Bolt Food to Scooters, E-Bikes, and Car-Sharing. Moving beyond traditional subscriptions, you will take full ownership of the strategy to increase user engagement and frequency across all our business verticals.
