Staff Product Designer, Maps and Navigation
We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our Navigation domain within the Geo team.
The Navigation team’s goal is to provide drivers and couriers with a safe, seamless driving and turn-by-turn navigation experience.

About the role
We’re looking for a skilled Staff Product Designer to drive and execute all user experience and design-related initiatives at a group level. The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional quality products that effectively meet the user and the business needs across various domains.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Quickly prototyping and iterating design concepts to initiate product momentum
Confidently presenting design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition
Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life
Advocating for user-centric, high-quality design solutions across the team. to timelines while effectively balancing multiple tasks
Pushing for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas and drive innovation, setting the quality bar and be an exemplary designer to your peers
Contributing to evolving design systems and ensuring consistency in UI/UX patterns

What we expect
About you:

You’re a collaborative, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, leading discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels
You have extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and bold design leadership
You know when to prioritise fast iterations and prototypes, collaborating effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams
You can communicate fluently in English and can confidently pitch your design vision clearly through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition
You’re proficient in design tools like Figma and advanced prototyping tools such as Principle, Protopie, Proto.io, or Adobe AE
You’re passionate about mentoring and guiding designers, fostering critical and analytical thinking, and creating a collaborative environment that elevates the overall design quality and team growth
