Operations Specialist - Micromobility (Maternity leave cover - 1 year)

We’re looking for an analytical and solution-driven Operations Specialist to join our Micromobility division in Croatia. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll manage Bolt’s local e-scooter operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring our users have a great experience.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract as maternity leave cover, with an anticipated end date of 31st December 2026.

Extension beyond this date may be possible, subject to business needs and availability.

About the role

The Operations Specialist in the Micromobility business division is responsible for planning and coordinating supply activities—ensuring fleet availability aligns with demand at all times. The role includes analyzing and monitoring key metrics, reporting performance trends, and implementing data-driven plans with the General Manager and Operations Manager.

The Operations Specialist aids rider acquisition through funnel analysis and testing. A key part of the role is coordinating fleet operations with third-party logistics partners to uphold service levels. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, conducting business analysis, and aligning processes with internal and external stakeholders.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Managing local operations, prioritising assignments effectively, analysing and monitoring city metrics, reporting them to relevant stakeholders, and identifying local trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Streamlining operations by creating and optimising standardised processes to increase efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
Taking actions based on customer feedback and identifying areas of improvement to enhance our customers’ satisfaction.
Supporting the development of effective strategies to enhance our fleet's value proposition and improve performance and retention.
Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates to avoid potential risks.
What we expect
About you:
You have +1 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
You’re fluent in English and Croatian, a great collaborator, and you can easily network with people of various backgrounds.
You possess good analytical skills and experience working with Excel or Google Sheets.
You’re interested in shared mobility and new technologies, and you drive efficiency by improving and standardising processes.
You're a detail-oriented problem solver who takes responsibility for your work.
You can work independently and possess strong prioritisation and time management skills.
