Senior Product Manager, Commercial Models

We’re looking for a systems-minded, analytical Senior Product Manager to join our Commercial Models team — someone passionate about designing the frameworks that power how value moves across our platform. You’ll focus on building scalable, consistent, and compliant models that define how services are structured, priced, and exchanged globally, shaping the way our marketplace operates across products and markets.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

At our core, we enable commerce — and doing that well means designing the systems that define how value moves through our platform. We're building the foundational infrastructure that governs how services are structured, priced, and exchanged across markets. As a product manager in Commercial Models, you'll own the architecture of our marketplace: who sells what to whom, under what legal and financial constructs, and how that changes by country or product line. Whether it's defining how a ride is sold in Egypt vs. Germany, or how incentives, fees, and partner benefits like pensions are structured — your work shapes how the marketplace actually functions. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, operations, legal, and finance, balancing user experience with economic and regulatory design. This is a role for someone excited to work at a system level, driving clarity and consistency across highly complex, globally scaled environments.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Designing and evolving commercial models that define value flow between users, partners, and intermediaries
Working across legal, tax, finance, and product to ensure models are compliant, scalable, and user-friendly
Navigating trade-offs between growth, margins, and regulatory compliance in new and existing markets
Mapping and evolving the marketplace’s economic architecture — e.g. seller of record, receivables flow, discount funding
Partnering with ops and engineering to implement model changes without disrupting user experience
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You’ve led product in complex environments where financial, legal, and operational systems intersect
You’re deeply curious about how marketplaces actually work — not just what the user sees, but what happens under the hood
You think in systems and enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity
You have a sharp product sense but aren’t afraid to dive into legal docs or financial spreadsheets
You’re a strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a cohesive commercial strategy
Bonus: experience in marketplace, fintech, or platform infrastructure

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
