Working Student Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Working Student joining the Swiss Local Rides Operations Team play a key role in driving supply growth, ensuring quality, and maintaining compliance within our local markets.

About the role

As an Operations Working Student, you will onboard fleet partners and familiarize them with our platform while providing support via phone, email, and in-person. Your role includes conducting research for expansion, optimizing scalable processes, and collaborating with local teams to enhance supply growth, quality, and compliance.

You will be closely collaborating with key local operations stakeholders to determine on how to further grow and engage with our supply and how we can improve internal processes.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Guide business partners through onboarding and our platform’s features
Address partner issues via phone, email, and in-person support
Conduct research to support expansion efforts, including feasibility studies and competitor analysis
Optimize and maintain processes to support scalability
Assist local teams with initiatives that enhance supply growth, quality, and compliance
What we expect
About you:
Prior experience in a related field is a plus
Enrollment at a university in Zurich, with a quick learning ability
Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Problem-solving attitude with determination to overcome challenges
Passion for new technologies and the mobility industry
