About the role
At Bolt, we move fast, scale big, and bring people together. We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help us connect 4,000+ teammates across 40+ offices, strengthen our culture, and make sure the right information reach to the right people at the right time.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You’ll be at the centre of how we communicate across the company – from organising large-scale events to shaping relevant content, making sure our people are informed, connected, and engaged with what’s happening internally across business and tech.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Partner with department leaders and act as a trusted advisor, helping them communicate clearly, consistently, and with impact.
Own and develop internal communication channels, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and widely adopted.
Lead the content for various internal summits, owning the planning and execution of our biggest internal events.
Drive regional internal communications, coordinating across 40+ offices to keep every teammate connected and informed.
Manage communications for our largest business line, Ridehailing, and shape internal comms for Engineering and Product teams.
Prepare and execute communications during critical or sensitive situations, ensuring employees receive timely, transparent, and clear updates.

What we expect
About you:

Proven experience in internal communications, PR, or employee communications (4+ years) in a fast-paced, global, or regional environment.
You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisionsHands-on expertise with internal tools (Slack and Confluence preferred), using them to drive engagement and alignment across teams.
A strong track record of leading large-scale internal campaigns and events, from strategy to flawless execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with leaders and influence above and beyond your role.
Fluent in English, with strong storytelling and writing skills to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages.
Ability to prepare and execute communication in critical or sensitive situations, ensuring clarity and trust.
