Operations Manager


We are looking for an entrepreneurial and solutions-driven Operations Manager with excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills to take ownership of our local ride-hailing operations.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Together with the Canada Country Manager, designing and executing strategies for launching and growing our business
Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: drivers; fleet owners; unions; regulators; local communities etc.)
Overseeing the optimization of local operational processes and procedures
Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems
Taking ownership of Bolt's growth by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives
Advocating and elevating Bolt's brand, product and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry
What we expect
About you:
You have 2+ years of experience in an operations management or general management role
You have 4+ years of experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position
You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and French negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day
You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
