Location: London, United Kingdom | Tallinn, EstoniaView all roles

About the role

As the Senior Bid Manager, you’ll helm the end-to-end bidding process for public tenders and private Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that our proposals win contracts and scale our growth. Your work will directly influence whether we secure high-potential micromobility contracts—under tight time constraints and high regulatory complexity.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle – from strategy and compliance through proposal development, pricing, submission, and follow-up.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, Product, Legal) to produce compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals.
Analyze and interpret tender requirements quickly, set structured workstreams and timelines, and drive on-time delivery under pressure.
Design and manage tailored pricing models that align with tender structures, including KPIs, utilization targets, and cost considerations.
Oversee production and quality assurance of final bid documents, including writing, editing, formatting, and supporting annexes.
Track, review, and improve bid performance by maintaining a repository of submissions, leveraging bid-tracking tools, and conducting post-bid analysis for continuous improvement.
What we expect
About you:
You have 5+ years of bid management or tendering experience, ideally in micromobility, transit, or infrastructure.
You are skilled at navigating city tenders and RFPs in shared mobility or transport services.
You have a proven track record of winning high‑value, competitive contracts.
You have strong commercial acumen with the ability to build sharp, competitive pricing models.
You are a confident communicator, fluent in English (extra languages a plus).
You are detail‑driven, organized, and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!
