Senior Product Manager, Pricing
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager in the Rides Product organization to drive the development and execution of a product vision, strategy, and roadmap at a domain level to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business needs.
In Rides, we work on products that allow millions of people to move around cities daily and enable our partners to make a sustainable living. We’re focused on continuous improvement of our ride-hailing service, which, in turn, will improve the lives of our riders and drivers. Rides Marketplace is key for achieving this - looking after the value proposition of both sides of our business - riders and drivers through our portfolio of pricing and matching products.
You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

About the role
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for building and evolving Bolt’s Pricing domain. This includes designing and scaling the pricing infrastructure that powers our marketplace globally, enabling other teams to experiment and innovate on top. You will automate pricing components, create differentiated value propositions for our users and drive big bets on non-traditional pricing initiatives. Your work will shape the foundation of how Bolt uses pricing as a strategic lever—delivering the infrastructure, tools, and capabilities that unlock innovation, ensure competitiveness, and support seamless experiences for both drivers and riders.
We’re looking for someone who is able to contribute directly to the group’s strategy and define measurable success metrics on the P&L level. Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders, and influence their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects cross-functionally, taking ownership of implementation, and suggest improvement across the ride-hailing business.
