About the role
As a Senior FP&A Systems Analyst, you will be working as part of the Finance Platform team and side by side with Bolt FP&A, business verticals, product and vertical analytics teams, Finance Controlling, Finance Reporting and Finance Data analytics teams while maturing and enhancing the Finance Planning solution (Pigment) within Bolt.
Your work will impact hundreds of Bolt people across the globe, who are responsible for forecasting, planning, business decision-making on an ongoing basis, and management reporting.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Own the technical implementation and ongoing management of the Planning solution (Pigment).
Act as the primary technical point of contact for integrations, data flows, and system maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders (FP&A, analyst teams, business verticals, People team) to gather requirements and define the roadmap.
Drive efficiency and value by proposing solutions, standardizing metrics, and supporting automation.
Maintain system documentation, technical controls, and address risks (e.g., downtime, security).
Serve as a liaison with implementation partners and contribute to steering committees.

What we expect
About you:

You have at least 2-4 years of experience in hands-on Data Analytics, hands-on Data pipelines building, and big data-based report building.
You are proficient in SQL, GSheets or Excel, and you know how to build dashboards.
You are excited about working with stakeholders and users. You step into their shoes, understand their needs, and find the most effective solutions for them.
You are a data-driven person and make decisions based on data, while still using your professional gut feel.
You act like an owner: managing priorities, backlog, and constantly aligning with teams impacting your work.
You have an understanding of planning processes and methodologies, with expertise in ERP systems and forecasting software.
