Growth Analytics Manager, Ride-Hailing

We are looking for an experienced Growth Analytics Manager to help us optimize and scale our growth strategy across Georgia. This role requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, exceptional stakeholder management, and communication skills to ensure alignment and swift execution. You will be responsible for building, motivating, and managing a team to achieve these objectives, ensuring growth of Georgia and innovating within the competitive landscape.

Please note that this is a full-time employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is 5590 GEL + bi-annual bonuses.

About the role

As the Growth Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and executing growth opportunities, taking the ownership of our campaigns spending decision and contributing to the marketplace's success by meticulously analyzing the return on investment (ROI). With your expertise, we'll be able to accurately determine the most strategic allocation of resources, including the exact location, timing, method, and amount spent on campaigns.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution - Define, lead, and continuously improve the data-driven growth strategy for the Georgian market.
Reporting & Insights – Identify key growth opportunities, share insights with stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions for marketplace efficiency.
Forecasting & Market Modeling - Lead or support forecasting, budgeting, and market sizing activities for growth and campaign planning. Simulate different growth scenarios and make recommendations to leadership.
Team Management – Lead and develop a team of growth analysts, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a strong team culture.
Process Optimization – Standardize reporting, campaign deployment, and pricing decisions, enhancing efficiency through process and tooling improvements.
Stakeholder Management – Align with leadership and ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders effectively managing expectations and executing strategic initiatives.
What we expect
About you:
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data, growth, incentives, or customer analytics in a fast-paced tech environment.
Proven experience building and managing a high-performing analytics team
Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing and experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power B,I or Looker).
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and quickly adapting to changes.
You are Fluent in Georgian and English.
