As part of the global Ride-Hailing team, you will work closely with local stakeholders and HQ teams to guarantee smooth operations, ensure efficiency, and strengthen our process automation. About the role
The Central Operations Specialist – Efficiency owns automation configuration and performance management across assigned markets. The role ensures automation configurations are correctly implemented and maintained. The Specialist acts as the market expert — tracking and analysing automation metrics to identify issues impacting performance, independently deciding on mitigation actions and ensuring regular visibility across local and central teams. They drive performance improvements, coordinate problem-solving efforts and lead projects with global impact to increase automation success and scalability.
