Senior Operations Specialist, Marketplace
As a Senior Operations Specialist – Marketplace (France) based in Paris, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day execution for a T1/T2/T3 portfolio, turning data and field insights into decisions that lift marketplace performance. You’ll own the Financial Planning rhythm and Market Size reviews, safeguard pricing & payouts compliance, shape our competitive positioning, and drive city launches and transitions — balancing hands-on operations with clear strategic planning.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Marketplace Maintenance & FP&A cadence. Run TAM end-to-end and keep Market Size accurate and documented; lead quarterly T3 strategy reviews (targets within tight variance) and drive deep-dives on to keep our books clean.
Pricing & compliance guardrails. Conduct recurring national pricing/payouts audits, surface gaps early, and tighten upstream controls so accurate payments go out on time every month.
Competitive intelligence & deep dives. Build steady competitive datapoints and lightweight collection processes across hubs; ingest partner datasets reliably each week and publish focused studies that inform portfolio moves.
Value proposition & pricing sanity checks. Co-author the annual marketplace strategy & calendar with quarterly refresh; run monthly (T2) and quarterly (T3) pricing sanity checks with clear recommendations.
Support & R&D for decisioning. Maintain inputs for driver net earnings models monthly and raise the bar on internal support quality; incubate practical analysis/forecasting tools that improve pricing and performance calls.
Expansion & transitions. Support launches to extend coverage, contribute to driver ramp and incremental rides, and ensure smooth handover of new cities with crisp city profiling for P&L owners.

Analytical and strategic; comfortable translating data into portfolio-level decisions.
Hands-on operator: you call drivers, meet fleets, and visit hubs to get ground truth—not just work behind a screen.
Street-smart researcher: you triangulate panel data, internal logs, and field intel to form a confident view amid ambiguity.
Resourceful owner with stakeholder leadership; you align cross-functional teams in English and French and mentor junior operators.
Process & compliance mindset; attentive to details in pricing, payouts, and audit trails.
Fluency with SQL/spreadsheets/BI; familiarity with partner/panel datasets and lightweight automation. Python is a plus.
