Operations Intern

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Ride-Hailing operations in Netherlands. As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in the daily functions that impact supply growth and compliance.This is a full-time internship opportunity, offering a monthly compensation of €800. Main tasks and responsibilities:

Own key operational workflows across all of Bolt's business operations in the Netherlands.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., supply health, engagement, activation) to find bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Contribute to local growth initiatives that boost driver supply, reliability, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Central Operations, Product, Commerce, and Customer Support to improve tools, processes, and communication.
Test and optimize new processes, helping us find smarter, faster ways to operate.
Investigate and solve driver issues across email, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring empathy and speed in every response.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You’re a student in Business, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy finding trends and insights in data.
You’re curious and proactive, not afraid to challenge how things are done.
You communicate clearly (Dutch and English) and enjoy working with people.
You’re available 4–5 days per week for at least 5–6 months in Amsterdam.
