CS Operations Agent - Fixed-term contract

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team. Please note that this role is offered on a fixed-term contract, for a duration of 6 months.Location: Cape Town, South Africa

About the role

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, both online and in-person, across our ride-hailing division.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Supporting Bolt’s customers and partners — online and in person — to help them get the most out of our services.
Resolving issues quickly and kindly, using Bolt’s best practices and your own sound judgment.
Communicating clearly and professionally across multiple channels — chat, email, voice, or face-to-face.
Helping improve how we work by sharing feedback and ideas with your team and cross-market peers.
Playing an active role in shaping a world-class customer experience across our verticals.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You're confident handling both online and in-person support interactions.
You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in English (bonus if you speak other South African languages).
You bring strong attention to detail, stay calm when challenges arise, and adapt quickly to solve problems.
You’re able to follow structured processes while ensuring the experience remains personal and human.
