About the role

As a Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders, Senior and Lead Recruiters across the business to deliver hiring excellence across 50+ entities worldwide. You’ll take ownership of business-critical roles, proactively build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective stakeholder engagement. With a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure our Operations teams are equipped to scale and perform at their best.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across multiple hubs.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role specifics, team dynamics, and culture fit.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Use Boolean search, social platforms, and modern sourcing channels to build proactive pipelines.
Leverage data insights to optimize funnel performance and support decision-making.
Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout every stage.
Represent Bolt as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm and professional introduction.
Contribute creative ideas to improve processes, strengthen employer branding, and increase hiring effectiveness.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have 0–2 years of technical or non-technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
You have solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
You are familiar with modern recruiting channels and platforms.
You are comfortable supporting senior-level candidates and coordinating offer processes.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring a proactive mindset.
You’re collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic team.
