Global Head of Customer Growth & Retention
Bolt Business is scaling rapidly, and we are now seeking a Global Head of Customer Growth & Retention to reinvent how we grow, manage, and support our entire B2B customer base. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role responsible for building the function from the ground up, across both managed and unmanaged accounts. You’ll define the operating model, redesign how we engage customers at scale, and help ensure Bolt Business remains the platform of choice for companies of all sizes. You will also shape how our global Account Management function operates, from segmentation and workflows to performance management, automation, and data visibility.Locations: Lisbon, Portugal | Tallinn, Estonia
About the role
This role oversees our global portfolio of business customers, comprising thousands of managed accounts and a large, long-tail of unmanaged, self-service customers. You will develop the strategy, team structure, processes, performance systems, and cross-functional partnerships needed to drive sustainable growth and world-class retention. By the end of 2026, you will have redefined the entire customer growth & retention function, automated, added self-service capabilities, embraced AI, introduced sharper metrics and segmentation, and built scalable human touchpoints that meaningfully increase engagement, retention, and efficiency.
