About the role

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Collaborate with fleets to support their performance and satisfaction.
Implement initiatives to increase service availability and quality.
Identify operational improvement areas and propose effective solutions.
Negotiate agreements with fleets to increase the supply base.
Monitor service quality and take action to uphold high standards.
Support coordination of external agents.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have 2 to 4 years of experience in Operations, Startup, Consulting, Banking or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks and fast-paced environments.
You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
Independent, growth-oriented, and team player attitude.
Experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar fields is a plus.
