About the role

As the Group FP&A Senior Manager, you will design and lead Bolt’s full Group planning framework — including the annual budget, quarterly re-forecast, and long-range planning cycles. Lead the group-level financial consolidation of budgets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across business units.
Build strong partnerships with senior leadership, BU finance, and cross-functional teams to align financial targets and priorities.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management by delivering high-quality financial insights, presentations, and reports for decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in planning, consolidation, and reporting processes while coaching FP&A colleagues on tools and group standards.
