Senior Program Manager - Driver Growth (New Driver Retention)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Driver Growth domain.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

The Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success. This individual leverages strong program area expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Leading cross-functional collaboration to analyse new-driver retention performance, align stakeholders on key initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across teams
Owning and optimising the New Driver NPS survey, translating insights into clear actions that enhance the early driver experience.
Developing data-driven driver profiles to tailor onboarding journeys and ensure new drivers receive the support most relevant to their needs.
Defining and maintaining best practices for onboarding content and materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness at scale.
Identifying opportunities to improve the product experience for new drivers and provide prioritised, data-backed recommendations to product teams.
Designing, testing, and scaling proactive support initiatives to help new drivers succeed from day one.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
You have demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
