Operations Specialist (Business Development)

We’re looking for a motivated Operations Specialist (Business Development) to join our Bolt Rides team in Ukraine. You’ll acquire new fleets, develop relations with existing fleets, analyze performance, create initiatives and be involved in various aspects of Bolt Rides operations.Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

About the role

The Operations Specialist (Business Development) manages, grows, and supports a portfolio of fleets while also contributing to new fleet acquisition. The role combines relationship management, performance analytics, operational execution, and acquisition, ensuring sustainable fleet growth and long-term partner success. This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven individual with sales, account management or business development experience with strong proven analytical skills. You're keen to be part of a team responsible for amplifying Bolt Ride-Hailing success and supporting our ambitious growth and expansion plans.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Own day-to-day relationships with assigned fleets, acting as the primary point of contact for operational, performance, commercial and other topics. Maintain strong, trust-based partnerships through regular communication and proactive engagement. Handle complex fleet issues.
Analyze fleet-, city-, and market-level data to understand performance trends and root causes. Maintain fleet related reports.
Contribute to weekly and monthly reports, deep dives, and performance reviews by preparing structured insights, and data-backed conclusions to support decision-making.
Manage fleet participation in incentives, including development, negotiations, setup and tracking.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential new fleets. Support end-to-end onboarding, including fleet setup, documentation, compliance checks, activation, and smooth transition into ongoing account ownership.
Documenting and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency.

You have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis and transforming complex datasets into clear, data-driven insights that support decisions. You are highly proficient with data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Sheets, dashboards, BI tools like Looker or similar).

You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
You excel at engaging with customers, pitching ideas, negotiating terms, and closing sales across various formats, including in-person meetings, phone conversations, and written communications.
You have a solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis - you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.
You’re fluent in English and Ukrainian and possess good communication, collaboration, negotiation and networking skills.
