IT Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled IT Operations Specialist to drive automation, oversee hardware and AV systems, and continuously improve internal documentation and self-service.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

As an IT Operations Specialist at Bolt, you will drive the enhancement of our IT infrastructure, focusing on automation, efficiency, and security. Your primary responsibilities include managing our MacOS fleet via MDM, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the growing technological needs of our team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Manage and secure the MacOS fleet using MDM tools, ensuring proper onboarding, configuration, and compliance.
Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and troubleshooting.
Implement and monitor IT security controls in collaboration with IAM and InfoSec teams.
Install, maintain, and support Zoom Rooms and AV systems for meetings and large events.
Develop automation scripts and manage software updates to improve efficiency and system reliability.
Provide responsive technical support and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, or similar) and MacOS device management.
You have proven experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment.
You understand IT security fundamentals, including encryption, access control, and compliance.
You are proficient in basic scripting for automation (Bash preferred; Python a plus).
You have experience managing hardware lifecycles, vendor relationships, and troubleshooting.
You have experience with Zoom Rooms and AV systems management.
