Senior Operations Specialist, Fleet & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to drive the growth and performance of our fleet partner network in Lithuania. This is a high-priority commercial role focused on building, enabling, and scaling fleets while ensuring our partners remain successfully integrated with the Bolt platform. Reporting to the Supply & Growth Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most strategic accounts. Your goal is to maximize fleet efficiency and drive expansion through strategic incentives and value-added services. This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to personally build the P&Ls for growth programs, ensuring the financial deals necessary to secure new partnerships are commercially sound. You will act as a business consultant to our partners, helping them grow their operations within the Bolt ecosystem. Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 4000€ to 4800€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Key Account Management: Manage relationships with strategic fleet partners, leading regular business reviews, commercial negotiations, and performance improvement plans.
Performance Optimization: Monitor fleet KPIs—such as utilization, acceptance rates, and quality metrics—and implement targeted actions to optimize operational results.
Deal Structuring & P&L Ownership: Build the P&Ls for growth programs and design commercial deals using vehicle co-financing, incentive structures, and various perk schemes to secure fleet partnerships.
Fleet Enabling & Growth: Identify and enable new fleets from scratch, providing the necessary support and structure to help them become high-potential partners on the platform.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party providers to offer value-added services (e.g., insurance, fuel deals, and accounting) that benefit our partners.
Strategic Program Management: Design and implement non-standard scaling programs and initiatives aimed at expanding supply or entering new segments through the Fleets & Vehicles lens.
Car Branding Oversight: Manage the performance of car branding program, ensuring high visibility and program effectiveness across the fleet base.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

Experience: 4+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Operations—ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a commercially driven industry.
Financial Literacy: You have a solid understanding of business finance and the ability to build P&Ls from scratch to justify deal structures and program budgets.
Hands-on Mindset: You are hands-on by default. You understand that no task is too small if it moves the needle for our partners or the business.
Commercial Acumen: You are a skilled negotiator who understands how to build trust-based relationships while securing favorable commercial terms.
Strategic Thinking: You are capable of building programs from scratch and identifying growth opportunities that go beyond standard operational tasks.
Ownership: You are result-oriented and highly proactive. You understand that supply is the backbone of the business and move with urgency to secure it.
Communication: Professional fluency in Lithuanian and English. You can adapt your style to suit different audiences, from small business owners to senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
