B2B Account Manager
We’re looking for a growth-driven Account Manager to join our Bolt for Business team in Tanzania. This role is heavily focused on driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts. You’ll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals. As the face of Bolt for Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively drive adoption and growth of Bolt’s products.Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
About the role
As a B2B Account Manager, you'll own the commercial growth, retention and expansion of an assigned portfolio of well known business customers. You are not just maintaining relationships - you are actively growing them. You'll work closely with clients to increase active usage and transaction volumes, upsell additional Bolt for Business products and verticals, and identify scalable opportunities to replicate success across accounts. This is a high-energy, proactive role suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.
