Our teams

The teams’ fundamental objective is to enable the growth of Bolt Food, expand the selection of restaurants, and remain efficient. Our salespeople ensure that great restaurants are joining Bolt Food and account managers make sure restaurants reap the benefits such as increased revenue and new customer acquisition.

Local Operations support and empower our partners to grow their performance on the Bolt Food app. Through technology and account management, sharing market-relevant data in terms of trends or specific performance optimisation KPIs tailored for each of our partners.

Central Operations is a global team comprising Courier Operations, Merchant Operations functions, and Operational Excellence. The team’s primary objective is building the best food delivery operations through processes, projects, analytics, automation, outsourcing, and knowledge sharing.

Central Commercial Operations is a global team that includes Sales Operations, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, and Commercial Excellence functions. The main objective of these teams is to acquire and manage merchants on the Bolt Food platform through owning commercial processes, projects, analytics, and knowledge sharing.
