Our teams
The Bolt Market Operations team ensures ultra-fast delivery of a wide range of high-quality grocery products to customers cost-effectively. Our local teams are responsible for everything our customers see and feel when they order from Bolt market: assortment, pricing strategy creation and implementation, store operations, and last-mile delivery.
To support the rapid growth and expansion of Bolt Market across various geographies, the Central Operations team is providing the necessary tools to local teams, enabling them to run operations smoothly at scale. The team constantly works on strategies to improve customer experience through processes and product improvements while increasing operational efficiencies and optimising resources.
The Global Commercial team develops end-to-end commercial strategies by focusing on the right assortment and content, pricing and promotions, and creating global guidelines, including processes and metrics to support local teams in improving customer experience and maximising profitability.
Bolt Market’s Supply Chain team is responsible for end-to-end purchasing, logistics, and planning operations within the grocery business. Our team’s mission is to improve Bolt Market’s customer experience by ensuring 100% availability of a wide selection of products. We develop frameworks and processes to help scale our stores across markets. We're gatekeepers of demand forecasting that ultimately helps drive business decisions such as picker and courier capacity, supplier forecasts, future store expansion, and product portfolio management.
