As an Accountant at Bolt, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong control over operations across multiple countries. The role involves recording and reviewing the financial activities of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and supporting timely and accurate tax reporting. You will collaborate closely with local accounting partners and tax advisors, while also working alongside Senior Accountants to improve processes and maintain clear visibility over financial performance and investments in each market.

We're preparing for upcoming payment regulation in Europe and we’re looking for a Finance Controls Manager to help us keep up to date with the upcoming changes. In this role you'll own the financial control environment end to end: designing, implementing, and running it in practice, not just on paper. If you'd rather build than inherit, this is a rare opportunity to shape how financial controls operate at scale. You will own designing control activities, reviewing relevant policies, and ensuring controls are genuinely performed across the organisation, not just documented. Working within the framework set by the second-line risk team, you'll act as the finance subject matter expert within the entity, with deep independence and minimal day-to-day supervision. We’re looking for a Finance Systems & Processes Analyst to help design and improve the systems, processes and integrations that enable Finance to scale efficiently across Bolt’s markets and products. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance and technology, translating business needs into scalable solutions and helping simplify and automate how Finance operates. You’ll work closely with Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Product, Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial requirements, data flows and controls are built into new systems and workflows from the start. You’ll own key elements of requirements gathering, process design and testing, staying close to implementation through go-live, adoption and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a Head of Insurance to own our group insurance demand end to end: building the strategy, running the placement cycle, and turning insurance into a commercial enabler across ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services. We’re looking for a Finance Senior Program Manager to lead and support complex, multi-stream and cross-functional finance initiatives. You’ll bring structure and transparency to complex projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time and in line with governance and compliance requirements. As part of the Finance PMO team, you’ll partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling and Reporting, as well as stakeholders across Commerce and the wider business. You’ll translate Finance and Tax requirements into clear project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and support process optimisation and financial systems implementation.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst embedded in Bolt's Finance Engineering team, you will be the key link between financial stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and engineering teams. A key part of this role is strong Finance domain expertise: understanding financial legislation, tax regulation and accounting processes - for example, VAT, e-invoicing and fiscalization requirements - deeply enough to identify the requirements and edge cases that materially affect the solution. Alongside this, you will own the detailed functional and system analysis behind Finance automation, including how systems and integrations should behave - while our Engineering team handles the technical architecture and implementation design. You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Reporting, and Procurement teams, as well as Product and Engineering. Your work will directly impact Bolt's financial compliance by helping automate critical processes and reduce regulatory risk across global markets.

The Finance team ensures that Bolt produces timely, accurate and compliant financials. It drives tax, financial, regulatory compliance and audits for the entire Bolt group of companies. Finance engineering is part of the Finance team. It builds the internal product and technical infrastructure to make it happen. This role focuses on the implementation of cornerstone capabilities of the Finance technological ecosystem which will first cover topics of e-invoicing, invoice fiscalization, taxation and tax engine, e-reporting. These are business critical, high data volume and relatively complex areas, which allow Bolt to stay compliant and run the business worldwide. You own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the components of the internal finance product, working within Finance, but in close collaboration with non-finance teams like Billing, Payments and Operations. The role involves addressing complex system requirements and contributing to the scalability of financial systems in a multi-market environment.
