We're preparing for upcoming payment regulation in Europe and we’re looking for a Finance Controls Manager to help us keep up to date with the upcoming changes. In this role you'll own the financial control environment end to end: designing, implementing, and running it in practice, not just on paper. If you'd rather build than inherit, this is a rare opportunity to shape how financial controls operate at scale. You will own designing control activities, reviewing relevant policies, and ensuring controls are genuinely performed across the organisation, not just documented. Working within the framework set by the second-line risk team, you'll act as the finance subject matter expert within the entity, with deep independence and minimal day-to-day supervision. This is a hands-on role. You'll be coordinating work across accounting, controlling, reporting, and FP&A teams, provide operational cover when needed, and own the formal sign-off of financial reports at month-end close. You'll also oversee outsourced finance functions from Bolt Group's central teams, holding providers to the same control and regulatory standards as in-house work.

Insurance at Bolt isn't a back-office function. Across 50+ markets, 200M+ customers, and multiple verticals, it's a real lever on cost, risk, and product. We're looking for a Head of Insurance to own our group insurance demand end to end: building the strategy, running the placement cycle, and turning insurance into a commercial enabler across ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services. You'll own all group insurance demand for Bolt, with a mandate to build and run, not coordinate. You'll design our insurance strategy, lead the placement cycle, evaluate captive structures, and embed insurance into the products our drivers, couriers, and business customers actually use. You'll report into the Director of Procurement and serve as the senior voice on insurance for our C-suite, General Counsel, and Vertical leadership, including chairing the insurance seat on our risk committee. You'll partner closely with Vertical GMs, Product, Legal, and Finance across a genuinely global remit.

We are looking for an Insurance Lead who will take ownership of Bolt’s Rentals insurance portfolio (Bolt Drive and Micromobility), while also contributing to group-wide insurance strategy and programmes. You will lead performance reviews, oversee claims and MTPL outcomes, and work closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product to strengthen Bolt’s insurance performance and impact. Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact insurance programmes across multiple countries? Join us! This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in Bolt’s Insurance team while owning the Rentals portfolio. You will partner closely with the Bolt Drive and Micromobility teams, ensuring the right insurance structures, smooth day-to-day processes, and transparent performance oversight across multiple markets. Success in this role means strong insurance programme performance, coordinated cross-functional workflows, and predictable outcomes for our operational teams. You will support broader insurance initiatives across Bolt, contribute to key renewals, and help evolve the way insurance supports growth and risk across the business. You will report to the Head of Insurance and collaborate daily with Operations, Claims, Finance, Legal, and external brokers and insurers.

As Senior Central Accountant, you'll own a portfolio of technically complex, cross-border accounting processes at the heart of our group finance function. Your remit spans IFRS 16 lease accounting, operational Partner Accounting for our Franchise Partners, and central group transactions — working closely with HQ and subsidiary accountants across multiple jurisdictions. A strong IFRS foundation, multi-workstream discipline, and comfort in complex entity structures are essential.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst embedded in Bolt's Finance Engineering / Automations team, you will be the key link between financial stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and engineering teams. Your primary responsibility is to translate complex financial legislation, compliance obligations, and business needs into clear, structured, and traceable system requirements. You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Reporting, and Procurement teams, as well as engineering and product teams, ensuring that automations built at Bolt are compliant, reliable, and well-documented. Your work will directly impact Bolt's financial compliance and sustainability by helping automate critical processes and reduce significant compliance risks across global markets.

Third-party risk management at Bolt isn't a register maintenance exercise. As we scale across 50+ markets in ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services, our network of third parties keeps growing, and so does our regulatory exposure. We're looking for a Senior Outsourcing Manager to own outsourcing and TPRM for Bolt end to end, and help extend that framework across the wider Group. You'll own outsourcing and third-party risk management for Bolt end to end, with a mandate to build and run, not maintain. You'll design the classification framework, own the vendor lifecycle from due diligence to exit, and ensure Bolt's most regulated entity can stand behind every arrangement in front of a supervisor. You'll report into the Director of Procurement and serve as the senior voice on third-party risk for the Bolt’s, risk and technology functions. You'll also advise other Bolt Group entities as they mature their own outsourcing governance, where group-wide consistency is needed.

The Finance team ensures that Bolt produces timely, accurate and compliant financials. It drives tax, financial, regulatory compliance and audits for the entire Bolt group of companies. Finance engineering is part of the Finance team. It builds the internal product and technical infrastructure to make it happen. This role focuses on the implementation of cornerstone capabilities of the Finance technological ecosystem which will first cover topics of e-invoicing, invoice fiscalization, taxation and tax engine, e-reporting. These are business critical, high data volume and relatively complex areas, which allow Bolt to stay compliant and run the business worldwide. You own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the components of the internal finance product, working within Finance, but in close collaboration with non-finance teams like Billing, Payments and Operations. The role involves addressing complex system requirements and contributing to the scalability of financial systems in a multi-market environment.
