The legal, Risk, and Privacy teams work with all functions to ensure Bolt complies with laws and operates with integrity. Our Legal team handles everything from local legislation and data protection to supporting expansion, product launches, and regulatory compliance.
Sustainability
The Sustainability team helps ensure Bolt's environmental impact is as minimal as possible or positive. As ISO-certified, we must ensure we comply with various standards. We also work on different initiatives that enable us to offset our carbon footprint, often involving cooperation with different business units.

Every role's different, but typically you'll be invited to an interview with a recruiter, followed by a home task. Next, you'll have interviews with the hiring manager, and other team members before we make a final decision.

Our dedicated relocation team will support you and your family during the relocation process, handling all necessary immigration steps and helping you settle into life in your destination country.
