How to fix a printer issue

Follow the steps below if the option to print does not appear on the tablet.

Turn the printer on
Turn the Bluetooth setting on (device settings)
Select your printer
Return to the app and then:
- Tap the ☰ icon
- Choose the Settings option
- Tap Printer and then set the button to Active.

Note: The recommended printers for use with the app are Epson TM-10 or TM-30.
