What is the Acceptance Rate?
Acceptance rate is a metric that shows the percentage of orders you have accepted from your past 100 requests.
How is it calculated?
Your Acceptance Rate:
- Increases when you accept a trip.
- Decreases when you decline or ignore a trip (unless it’s marked as optional*).
You can check your current Acceptance Rate anytime in the app by tapping the Acceptance Rate card.
- (* A banner is displayed on some incoming orders with a disclaimer that ignoring or rejecting will not affect your activity. These orders may come from outside your set driving radius and your acceptance rate is not affected in case you do not accept the order.
How does a low percentage affect me?
In Switzerland, your Acceptance Rate is for your information only; it doesn’t affect your access to trips, driver status, or account.
