When selecting the Delivery method, you can choose to have your order delivered by a robot powered by Starship Technologies. Robot deliveries are zero-emission and are available from certain Bolt Market stores in Tallinn.

The robots travel on sidewalks at the safe speed of a walking pedestrian, so delivery might take longer than usual. They’re very friendly and will even say ‘Tere’ when they meet you.

Note: Robot delivery orders cannot be paid by cash, and alcoholic beverages cannot be ordered.

If you choose for your order to be delivered by a robot:

• Meet the robot outside to collect the order when it arrives. Robots do not bring orders inside apartments or enter gated communities or yards, etc. So you may need to walk a short distance.
• Make sure to take your device with you, as you will need the Bolt Food app to unlock the robot. The button to open the robot is located on the order tracking screen.
• The robot waits at your designated address for 15 minutes only (including the time required to pick up your order). Please make sure you meet it within this time frame.
