When choosing Pets category, riders may bring one animal such as a dog, a cat or any other animal classed as a domestic pet or service animal. There are no restrictions on size or breed, but riders are advised to contact the driver in case their animal is exceptionally big or exotic. 

Note:

• The Pets category is not available in every city and is optional. You can decide at any time to opt-in or out of this category
• If a rider wants to take a pet animal along for their regular Bolt trip, you can decide whether or not you wish to complete such a trip. You may refuse to carry a pet animal on board of your vehicle. If you need to reject such a ride, kindly let the rider know why.
