The Accessibility category was created in an effort to provide a better service to people with any sort of disability.

According to Portuguese law, passengers with disabilities are not limited to requesting rides in the Accessibility category and have the right to travel with any Bolt category. Transportation for passengers with a disability is mandatory at no extra cost.
