Accepting airport trips

To accept trips from Arlanda or Bromma Airport, a parking agreement from Swedavia is required.

To obtain this, complete the required documents listed here ↗. Once you have submitted all the documents to Swedavia, your documentation will be reviewed and you will receive a contract for signing. After the contract has been signed, you will be given a transponder that enables entry to these airports.

Note: No parking agreement is required to complete tips to Arlanda or Bromma Airport.

Check-in and waiting area

Arlanda:

The designated waiting area for drivers is at Brovägen 1.

Upon arrival, check-in at the Swedavia/Parkman office. Your registration number will be displayed on the screen confirming you have permission to receive requests from all Arlanda Airport terminals.

Bromma:

There is no designated waiting area at Bromma.

After you have accepted an incoming request, go to the pre-booking pocket.

Note:

• Pick-up and drop-off fees are automatically included in the trip price.
• If you are not receiving any airport trips despite having the agreement with Swedavia and waiting at the designated waiting area, contact our Support.
