To change your fleet, please ask your new fleet owner to send an application to flotily@bolt.eu along with a completed carrier affidavit and a selfie photo of you holding a valid ID. Once the application is submitted and reviewed by the local team, your account in the new fleet will be created.
If you wish to leave the fleet, please fill out the form here ↗. Fill in the form with your details and upload the required documents needed to leave the fleet. After filling out the form, your profile will be unlinked within a few working days.
Please note that after you change or leave the fleet, you will have a new driver account on our platform. This means that previously completed trips and bonuses will not appear in the app.
