Rider made a mess in my vehicle in Poland

You can request a reimbursement if a passenger leaves a mess that requires professional cleaning.

What are the rules for reimbursement?

  • Submit your request within 3 days of the trip
  • Cleaning must be done within 1 business day
  • Include at least 2 clear photos of:
    • Close-up of the mess
    • Wider shot of the vehicle
  • Provide a receipt for the cleaning service
    • VAT invoice with the provider’s NIP is also acceptable

Note: Small messes such as dirt, dust, sand, or small debris don't qualify for a cleaning reimbursement.

Important: If a Driver continues to provide Bolt services after the incident, the cleaning reimbursement request will not be approved. The vehicle must be cleaned before continuing to accept new trips.

What information should the receipt include?

  • Cleaning provider’s name and contact info
  • Date and time of the service
  • Details of the cleaning performed
  • Total cost of the service
