Maximize your earnings as a Bolt driver with carefully designed order categories that will help you achieve the highest income. In each of the 37 cities in Ukraine where we operate, several order categories are available to our passengers. They vary depending on the city. Each category also has different requirements for cars, which in turn vary depending on the group of cities and are determined based on the car model, age and class. If the car you register with is suitable for more than one category, they will become available to you automatically. A specific car may be denied a category if the level of equipment or technical condition of the car does not meet the proper level (we pay attention to the presence of air conditioning, the general condition of the interior trim elements, the condition of the body paintwork, etc.).

This category allows women to book rides and receive them from female drivers. We created this category to support women and make trips even more comfortable and peaceful. In which cities is the category available? - The category is currently available in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Odesa, Lviv, Uzhhorod, Mukachevo, and Rivne. Do you need to invite access to this category? - If you are a female driver on the Bolt platform, this category will be automatically available in your Bolt Driver app. Here's how to check if the category is available: - Go to the "Driving Settings" section on the app's main screen - Select "Categories" - View the list of available categories If you meet the requirements but the category is not displayed, please contact the support team to resolve this issue. What is the category fare? The tariff in this category corresponds to the standard one. ​ How does the process of ordering a category work for passengers? - To book a trip in the "Women for Women" category, a passenger must be verified. In case of unsuccessful verification, access to the category will be limited. Please note that currently all verified passengers (regardless of gender) can book trips in this category, but if the passenger does not fit this category, you can always cancel such an order without prejudice to your driver rating. How does the process of fulfilling an order of this category work on the part of the driver? - The process of receiving orders for female drivers in this category is no different from the standard one. However, if during the process of accepting the order you see that the passenger is not a woman, you can always refuse such an order. If you arrive at the boarding point and find that the passenger: - is not a woman - a woman traveling in the company of her husband/husbands or with a son aged 16 or over If you wish, you can cancel the trip by selecting the reason "I do not wish to serve this customer" and receive compensation for the time spent on the road. This will not affect your driver rating, as it will be adjusted. To receive compensation, be sure to contact the support team . Want to only drive women? - If you only want to receive orders from female passengers, disable other order categories in your Bolt Driver app. This is easily done in the "Categories" section. Uncheck the categories you don't want to accept and click "Confirm" The number of female drivers in this category is gradually increasing, but remains limited for now. This may affect the delivery time, cost, and availability of rides.
